Another     monk                was     walking     
along                when     he     came     to     a
    lady
      who     was     sitting     by     the     path
               weeping.

                               “What’s     the     
matter?”
       he     said.

                           She     said,
                                                       
sobbing,
                        “I     have     lost

                        my     only

               child.”

                                           He     hit
 her     over     the     head                 and
 said,                                  “There,
                          that’ll     give      you
  something                  to      cry      about.”
